About the Project
The residential project is set on a challenging linear site, with a three-bedroom layout on the ground floor for six family members, including two elderly parents. The design incorporates green spaces throughout the house, fulfilling the client's request for nature to be integrated into every area. This approach forms the core of the project, creating a refreshing, natural living environment.

The Sampya residence is designed on a linear site, with a central axis dividing public and private spaces. The "house within a house" concept separates private areas from public ones, while green pockets between functions provide natural ventilation. These pockets blend nature into the home, ensuring airflow and minimizing direct sunlight, making the design well-suited for the hot and humid climate.
A double-wall system was used on the west side of the Sampya residence, where the hottest air affects the house. This wall, the highest point in the design, houses the services and acts as a buffer, reducing heat transmission and creating a cooler interior environment.
